Past Perfect Structure:

Affirmative

Subject + had + Verb -ed OR Irregular Past Participle Form + Objects

Negative

Subject + had not (hadn't) + Verb -ed OR Past Participle Form + Objects

Questions

(Why, What, etc.) + had + Subject + Verb -ed OR Past Participle Form + Objects?
